The term ‘management’ has been used in different sense. Sometimes it refers to the process of planning, organising, staffing, directing, co-ordinating and controlling, at other times it is used to describe it as a function of nanaging people. It is also referred to as a body of knowledge, a practice and discipline. There are some who describe management as a technique of leadership and decision- making while some others have analysed management as an economic resource, a factor of production or a system os authority. IT means that in management discipline is a very important task to do. It means that when doing anything or any work in discipline it makes your way to have success in that work. It shows that discipline is an important task to do work in any feild.
